Cinnamon Raisin Bread

Cake flour: 3 & 1/2 cups
Butter: 1 teaspoon.
Salt: 1 teaspoon.
Yeast: 2 teaspoons.
Sugar: 2 teaspoons.
Water: 1 & 1/4 cups
Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon.
Brown sugar: 1/4 cup.
Raisins: 1/2 cup.

Method: 
Rub butter into flour
Stir in yeast
Roll into rectangular shape
Mix cinnamon, sugar, raisins
Sprinkle a good quantity onto roll.
Bake @425 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 to 40 minutes.
